RE:RE:Rights offering - MPVWe are on the same playing field as Ned, Eric and Robert minus a half percent discount (or so).

MPV shareholders are already 3% uneven from the big guy.

Fair to me.

The strike price/discount is available to 100% investors...the standby discount is not.
