Disclosure

DisclosureI am not an insider.
I am a very,very,very long term investor.
I hold many shares which numbers I will not disclose to you.
Do I personally know any insiders/directors: yes….I make it a point to.
Have I participated in any financing: yes….who wouldn’t given the chance,
Have I exercised warrants: yes
Recently: yes
Do I hold unexercised warrants: yes

You guys are pissed because employees/directors/officers are exercising options that are about to expire and in doing so it has had a negative effect on the share price. Sour grapes because they seemingly have an advantage over you.

Back in 2011, you yourself could have participated in a public financing wherein each share purchased had a 1.5 warrant attached. You chose not to take the risk. The whole warrant had an expiry date of sometime in December 2014 and the half warrant expires in December 2016. This was the deal of a lifetime! I participated. In December I exercised a whack of warrants @ $0.24. The market price at the time was $0.75. Now I didn’t sell any shares to exercise the warrants, as I had the available cash, and wanted as many shares as I could. BUT, if I didn’t have the cash, and rather than see my very valuable warrants expire, I would have sold (at the market price), whatever I needed to exercise the warrants, without any regard to the effect on the share price. With respect, I am not at all concerned what your reactions will be. I am looking solely after myself. This is business. I will approach my 2016 warrants exercisable @ $0.25 in the same manner, and don’t try to tell me you wouldn’t have done the same! Now, apply the same logic to each and every director/officer/employee who is exercising their options before the end of the month. So, am I defending their actions in this instance……..you bet!

I am not so much “defending” MBX management but I take notice when false accusations, false implications, and simply bad information is presented as being factual. I have called them out on many issues……certainly not in a public forum like StockHouse, but I speak directly to the Principals. I get real, accurate information. If I don’t like what I hear I respond to them directly. I believe nothing of what I read on this board, but as you can see I do have my own opinions.

DS –

“lack of positive news”? Are you kidding me. All we’ve had is positive news. I’m referring to real material news, not puffery. You seem to believe that they are sitting on unreleased news. They can’t invent news. If there is no material news, then you get nothing. In fact, there is a defined timeline (I think hours) wherein they must release material news. So those who think they will get anything worthwhile in a Q report, or AGM, other than some colour are mistaken. The market sees through “puffery” so I’m glad we don’t get much of that.

What are we all looking for? A decent share price. That will only happen when we sign a credible partner for Lumisort, Kinlytic, or perhaps win with the NVS suit. For now, the market sees that we have no partner, and is not yet ready to lend its full support.
