100% total jokeThis company, like many fallen angels must think investors are complete idiots. How any company that has been mismanaged as bad as this one has the nerve to announce they are initiating a "BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT PLAN" is beyong me. Firstly, this so called business improvement plan should have been initiated long ago and secondly, any successful business has a business improvement plan that is in place 24/7.  Improving your business should be a constant theme, not a cliche to toss around at a news conference to deflect legitmate questions.
