If SVM on the American side Goes Under $1.00 ...I'm Going AL

If SVM on the American side Goes Under $1.00 ...I'm Going ALThat would be a wild bargain. $15.20 to under a dollar!!! I actually noticed a statistical level where majority badly beaten stocks rebound. Its when down 93% from decade peak. Very few companies go lower than that unless going bankrupt. I saw many companies bounce off that magical number. Air Canada did it and shot from $2.00 to $10.00 in a few months. JC Penney was 93% down from decade peak last spring and rallied hard after hitting that $5.00 bottom. I can't see SVM (on the American symbol) dropping under a dollar. That would bring it down to 95% down from decade peak. It seems like a silly indicator because its so simple. But 93% down from decade peak is the magical number to know true long-term bottom. As long as the company is not in financial distress. Which SVM is absolutely not with an EV/EBITDA of 4 lowest in the industry.
