They could use the MCNA platform as collatersl. If it succeeds pay it off through sales and if it flops than the lender is free to do whatever they want with it. If you are really sure of your chances it beats a weak partnership or selling price. in my opinion there must be some pharma out there willing to loan money on that basis? It sure beats another PP.
