RE:RE:Be nice if it were trueAmen! Brookfield would have been privy to year end financials prior to them agreeing to the transaction agreement. They are not stupid. We may never see the financials without the regulator or a court order. I am becoming even more suspect of Anderson....he may have an agreement with Brookfield to push this through. Not sure what the board is doing....maybe preparing their resignations....they may have some liability in this ...I sure hope so!
