Clarification

ClarificationAnd to explain, not that I have to, but I received quite a few messages to the effect.

PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS POST,I DON`T WANT TO START A DISCUSSION,JUST EXPLAINING AS TO THE WHY AND IMHO.

First of all I`m not negative, I would be a masochist to be one with the amount of shares I have.
There`s a big difference between “negativism”,” and “realism” ,I preach the latest.
To be realistic does not mean that you are not optimistic, it just gives you a degree of caution.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
AS for Uncle Bruce,I said “all he has to do is say something positive” and “another stellar performance that will need backing from SIO”. Simple and to the point.
This is the fifth time in less than a year that he gave us a good push and every time it was good for a few days,SIO did not help him to maintain the momentum as I posted every one of his talks with numbers.
I thought  that with all his “tweets” Routhier would have come up with one saying something to the effect, but not to be.
Bruce decreased his position last year and now says that they still have-keep a position in SIO.
If all the numbers are true between Hedge and I,we most likely  have more shares than his Fund.
But that`s not the point,  he still our biggest catalyst, which is sad in a way, he comes on to a Forum with an audience hungry for tips and “voila”, and that`s when I said you should also do your DD to confirm and back it up, don`t just jump on the bandwagon and pretend you are an expert.
But it works if only for a while, that`s why we need a PR or two right of the bat to get us over the hurdle and keep the momentum, something we are not good at.
Before his talk on Wednesday we were sitting at 0.135 but at 1.45 pm we were at 0.17 to close the day at 0.155 what we had lost the previous two days.
On Thursday  we touched and closed at 0.215 and on Friday we touched 0.23 to close again at 0.215, all together we traded 3.600.000, you look at the previous numbers and he still does his job, but we don`t.
In reality the was absolutely  nothing new for us, everything he said we already knew but again he convinced enough people with little or no previous exposure to give us another boost.
Whatever his reasons for keep on doing this for us they are welcome, no questions asked.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
The “present” reflects the “past” and the “future” will reflect both, and there`s a lot of reflection to correct.
To plunge head on or to err with caution on the same promise takes a degree of responsibility.
And that brings me to my being realistic ahead of optimistic, I have been optimistic for years with SIO but not realistic, now I changed the order.
There have been many times we were in this or similar positions and every one of them did not materialize, but always leaving behind hope and promise to start yet another one.
Around the time of the PP in October 2012 I started to drift to the side of reality, it was one of our best years and at the end nothing, for the first time execution clearly overshadowed clarity and management started to also drift to the side of arrogance and I`ll say disrespect towards the SIO investors.
We still made deals and had some very good PRs but we were never let in and if we asked there were as they are now “confidentiality clauses”, to prevent any explanation to make sense of some of those PRs.
When I say management I refer to Routhier and that`s when I started to ask for his resignation or at least to bring some experienced help to work alongside him and others.
Things got as worse as they could have gotten with the Sept-Nov 2013 PP, a mother of dilutions, something he did not want to do but…..we know the ending.
The orgy of trading as I posted with no explanations as to some of the whys ,the appereance of Beacon talking the SP from 0.10 where it had been for months to the low 0.30s with absolutely no reason or catalysts to then just quit and go back and then up and back and up.
Not once we heard from Routhier he was busy blogging.
Then we signed Panasonic, a complete turnaround of everything we stood for, BUT just for that once, it was not the preferred way and we were going to make sure in coming deals.
The lateness and the excuse for it from Routhier was ridiculous but we limped ahead to what??, more excuses yet as to no marketing or not what we thought it was going to be, so much for planning.
Then LG, our troubles were over, but wait they also needed a platform which we supplied the same as PAN, and we were late again to launch first with a “tweet” and a week later with a proper PR>
Canada and the 13 mystery countries we scheduled for December 2014, so when we say on time for March that`s from the revised launching.
In the middle of all that with suffering from jetlag in Korea we get a PR saying to forget about Hi-Fi, we now have a better side by side or whatever compatible with Hi-Fi but better or whatever again.
So we don`t have results from the USA, we are very close to launch in Canada, we still don`t know the countries on the deal (9 months after) and we change the format to reach the world on every device possible, meaning we don`t have to sign any more CEs, why would we?, we developed something better and free.
And there we go, change the plan yet again, confusing ,wait we are renewing Disney and Paramount this month and launching in Canada, we`ll be re-encoding the whole library on to the new format and start launching internationally very soon with consulting help as to which countries will be first targeted.
We have very little money left, I don`t  particulary think that the revenues from 3DGo will be orbust enough by Q3 Financials at the end of April, will the Caisse exercise more options to help us?, will LG settle the S2D switch infringement to help us ?, will any of the Funds help us?, or would Mr Routhier do what he is best at?.
When I say money, we can`t be at the edge all the time, we are playing in the Big Leagues we need money, we can`t rob Paul to pay Peter all the time and our postdated cheques don`t cut it anymore and between all these, time keeps running.
Now I read a post about rights to stream movies from the Studios, to make it clear there are no exclusivity clauses with any of them, it`s on a yearly renewal basis, there`s as much trust as it can be expected from anybody as long as things go accordingly.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Some posters are already praising Routhier, some are already being bought out, the SP north of heaven.
We are waiting for results, we have not launched anywhere but the States, by the looks Panasonic has been pushed aside,the new format and the re-encoding are weeks ?? months ?? away, we are still riding the precocious but wild LG so far and for the near future.

You wonder why I`m realistic and cautious but yet optimistic ???.
So much to be done with a superb EXECUTION before we get there.

IMHO, please don`t reply.
The ones that PM me can continue to do so.

GLTA.

Cheers.
