The consolidation is up for approval, but we do not have to do it.  I realize that shareholders do not want it and therefore I do not want it. A company cannot do a PP under 5 cents.  If we need to do one, even at 5 cents, the dilution would be too great. We are doing what ever we can to avoid needing to do that, but we cannot read the future any more than anyone else.  The worst case scenario is a choice between consolidation or delisting. That choice would be fairly obvious.

If the market stays as it is for 2 more years, at least 50% of the juniors will disappear, especially those whose principal properties require option payments.
