A simple check on the NASDAQ website and you will discover that they provide a certain document which has all the information you need on NASDAQ listing requirements. Fancy that.

The NASDAQ requires a stock to trade at or above 1$ USD, and it must also pass a few other standards having to do with equity and company fundamentals.
