Goldcorp is still negotiating with Temex (TME)

Goldcorp is still negotiating with Temex (TME)Temex Resources in Timmins, Ontario is getting very close to their high-grade stater pit.  Goldcorp still has 40% interest in this but they haven't been paying their bills and they owe Temex a lot of money at this time.  The questions I'm trying to get answers to are:
  -Will Goldcorp pay?
  -If not, will Temex take legal action to reduce the percentage of Goldcorp interest?
  -Or will Temex just go ahead with the starter pit and leave the 40% interest as is and instead of paying them from the profits, put the money towards what they are owed?
