RE:RE:RE:RE:The Button Line is.........If i read this right Mart's board of directors and certain senior officers and certain related shareholders, who collectively own approximately 2.72% anf and 80.80% of the outstanding Mart common shares and options..... This means that they only own 2.72% of the oustanding shares, which is peanuts? Possible the majoritry of sharehlders say no to the deal? Hence the 28% doscount from the buyout price?
