The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:RE:Good articleHey Dead,  It's time to stop making references to schizophrenia and bipolar disease as well as your use of the word "retarded' .  You are doing a disservice to those people who suffer from these diseases. Also the word "retarded" is no longer used when describing someone with special needs.  If you don't agree with someone on this board stick to what they say.
I like you have a boatload of shares of PTA and dearly would love to see the share price rise or the company get taken out.  This continuous bickering on this board of which I must admit to being part of is getting us nowhere.
