Breaks Through $3.00 Despite Some Serious Uglification

Breaks Through $3.00 Despite Some Serious Uglification

Management keeps saying that:

There is a risk that the future treatment charges may be much lower than today or

They will not be able buy enough zinc concentrate to run the plant.

There is a risk that the plant will have to shut down.

They keep over emphasising the risks while under emphasising the positive factors....

Again, thanks for re-iterating the facts in this apparent case of blatant uglification where the value of the equity appears to be under pressure with the use of boilerplate CYA language to precipitate what I call "uglification". The only intention that I can see is that this activity is  with a view to facilitate an outcome that appears to be highly favourable to one side while maligning the other. Based on recent trading activity, it appears that this uglification could have been related or precipitated some opportunistic trading activity.

Listening to the conference call, I was convinced that uglification appeared to be in play. e.g. wrt informing Montreal MLA's, Land Valuation, Plant Inprovements, etc.

The questioners were rebuffed with pretty poor "ostritichian"... responses. In my line of work, I would be in the queue at Service Canada for such responses. I wonder if they would be able to provide the name of the MLA (member of the legislative assembly) that they contacted? I wonder if the press would be able to contact that MLA to get his/her response? What is one of the major shareholders were to persue this line of verification (DD) in order to protect their investment?

Luckily, we have someone here that has taken it upon himself to expose this dis-service (aka extremely poor service of puppetologists) to NIF unit holders.

FWIW - Kudos to BB

Cheers
Stanley
