Merger and Aquisition fever

Merger and Aquisition feverOver the decades I have noticed that trends do occur when it comes to partnerships/mergers/buyouts. With the Endo/Valeant/Salix courtship happening (and with hugely mind blowing amounts of money being tossed around - upping the bid by 1Billion as no big deal).... I am convinced that we are entering a trend of M & A. This fits very well with us. I would expect that our potential suitors are checking Telesta out very thoroughly and would want to be very discrete at this point - so no news is good news. As for our cash burn potential issue - I am certain we could be tossed a few dollars from interested parties if we really needed it - our monthly cash burn is probably less than what it cost to pay the accountants and lawyers to write up the Salix offer. So I am not worried about that - yet it does diminish our negotiating position. Here's to the luck of the Irish today.
