It's 50/50 on russia. I remember one January it went from 80 cents to 1.60 cause rare earths was on the up. Mcci is untested and this could be the decision that breaks the camels back. Going that route! And those who don't think it won't impact the judges decision inontario are naive. New York convention blah blah. I agree completely with Bago. I just wonder how long this story wil continue. Getting out at break even is now a result for most ppl here

what are our plans outside this stupid legal story now? Obviously it's bankruptcy if we don't win unless management inform otherwise (although they have already pointed this out in the latest release)
