OwnershWould it not be for a settlement of the case,we would be required to give up all assets.
i just find there is to much ,if this if that including myself,answers are not to far out on the direction  of this nightmare,all the negative is not encouraging.
the volume is a concern,but how many are waiting for the news, it is negative that there is not more volume but why are people not selling, if you put up 100,000 shares at the bid are you saying it would not be picked up, considering it took 11 trades for 35,000 .
yes the news in the coming weeks will give us an answer to the volume, as we are all on the 50/50 fence.
I am in the same boat with gwg,not because of the quality of the mine but the financing.
