LRE lost a lot a money in Q4 2015. But, it was not cash flow... just impariment and depletion. CAPEX is not an expense, no it is investment... and depletion is not a real expense... no there is no impact on cash flow... Q1 2015 will be terrific as well as Q2 2015. After that, it will depend of oil and gas prices. $140M of operating cash flow when you have $700M of debt et you should spend probably $200M on CAPEX to maintain your production, you are in trouble.
