Kim Humphries Just Picked Up 200,000 Shares

Kim Himphreys, Head of Human Resources, just picked up 200,000 shares at 0.055. Not sure if these were part of the 500,000 incentive shares at 0.05, but based on the filing info, they may be separate. Not sure, though...
