RE:Encouraging Signs?I don't see the SP doing much for the next few months. We'll be around this level
for a while yet.
I suspect that some, those who bought in during the last 12-18 months, are beginning
to exit, looking for greener pastures. They were hoping for a "quick" return and have come
to the conclusion that it's not going to happen! We're looking at years here, not months,
before we see that 10 bagger (hopefully!!!) It will steadily go up as time progresses, but
not fast enough for them.
Regarding upcoming financials, I can't envision much better results in the Year End and
Q1 numbers. If anything, they might even be a step backwards. Remember Q4 is only
2 months this time around. Both Q4 and Q1 comprise the rainy season, so mining and
processing ain't happening. We already have stockpiles. I don't know when the soybean
crops need to be fed the Mn fertilizer, but with harvest time just around the corner I think
that sales opportunity has passed. Out of curiosity, what is our sales team down there
doing. You'd think they'd have sold something by now and we would have heard?
As I have mentioned previously, there are also those obligations requiring financing to
be resolved. No news to date on that front either. No doubt, that will hang over our heads
for several, if not many months.
I know this all sounds a little depressing, but it is what it is. No matter how you slice it,
this is going to take time. Bright side... a lengthy buying opportunity for those with
confidence!
