The investment objectives for the Preferred Shares are to provide their holders with fixed cumulative preferential monthly cash distributions in the amount of $0.05 per Preferred Share ($0.60 per annum or 6.0% per annum on the issue price of $10.00 per Preferred Share) until November 30, 2023 (the Maturity Date) and to return the original issue price of $10.00 to holders on the Maturity Date. The Company will invest on an approximately equally-weighted basis in Portfolio Shares of the following publicly traded Canadian banks: Bank of Montreal; Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce; National Bank of Canada; Royal Bank of Canada; The Bank of Nova Scotia; and The Toronto-Dominion Bank. The Portfolio will generally be rebalanced on a quarterly basis, starting on September 30, 2020, so that as soon as practicable after each calendar quarter the Portfolio Shares will be held on an approximately equal weight basis.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Big boys pumping again!I agree with many of your assertions, however I still believe there is sp manipulation being engaged in quite often. We hear very little of the actual 'big money' frauds, because that would undermine the confidence in the entire trading system, and would cause a MAJOR collapse. I know of 2 people personally, who have lost their trading priviledges because of illegal trading activities. The 'carrot' or prize is massive and some traders just don't think they are hurting anybody because it's money and not a personal attack or theft. I just think there is very large 'grey' area that traders will push the limit on, and trading patterns are very concerning. Enough said, it's my opinion only, and if I had evidence, I would obviously be talking to the authorities, not SH! I admit I was short here, and that doesn't help the bad taste much either! I have to let it go and move on, can't get personal here. Not my intention to be hurtful or malicious,  just expressing my thoughts out loud.
