RE:RE:RE:RE:wow this is sadThey actually stated that if the financing failed to close then they would not have the funds to pay the debentures.  The $54M writedown means that if the Viking deal does magically close, the debentures are going to have to be converted to equity to fix the balance sheet.  Then they will need to raise new funds to get back in the field or they will need to be sold.
