Europe QE will not last several years as you say just like the US did not keep their latest QE around for very long at all, I will repeat again the ONLY REASON US dollar moving up so strong because other countries across world have been doing some form of QE or the other (money printing , lowering interest rates to 0 or below 0 in some cases ) which just makes US dollar in comparision "appear stronger" .

What is even more funnier that the recent fed meeting not only are they holding rates where they are , NEAR 0 not at 0 ( I never once said rates were exactly 0 in the US anyways ) they said and i quote from retuers article

Fed officials also slashed their median estimate for the federal funds rate - the key overnight lending rate - to 0.625 percent for the end of 2015 from the 1.125 percent estimate in December.

They even lowered their median rate estimate LOL yes they were going to raise rates next couple months why lower the estimate ?

once other countries show signs of growth (just like the US is showing) and they stop QE and keep rates steady that will be the END of the US dollar climb.

Regarding my own finances yes I do have small amount of debt (relative to my total assets) but UNLIKE the US Gouvernment who have no idea what spending within their means actually means , I do.
