I suspect that the financials will be pretty bad, but not as bad as Q1, 2015 will be, due to the care and maintenance mode. I doubt that the company will do a news release about a possible merger or acquisition until the deal is done, and an agreement is in place. This could drag out for another month or 2 imho.
