SO WHAT?
Pretty clear to most all here that mining options will be scrutinized, calculated, projected and fit into the NEW model moving forward.
Reading posts, sentiment appears to be one of confidence in the new BGM team. Their collective experience and fresh visions are welcomed.
That is my position, and any unsupported negative spin is foolish busywork.
I'm always open to healthy discussion/POV's, but come on.....WCB costs?
Business sucess is mastering ratios of expense vs profit.
Do I really need to say this??
Do I really need to say this?? I dunno, Bill. I've known that for decades...but then I'm not a BGM bagholder, nor would I ever be. I look at the track records of companies and their insiders before I buy.
However, inasmuch as BGM has a 23- or-24-year history of rollbacks and never producing gold at a profit, you should ask yourself why you bought into it.
It can't have been because of the now-rubbished, June 28, 2012, news release (dear God, I hope not, eh?); it can't have been because of the company's track record (dear God, I hope not, eh?); it can't have been because of the company's sound financial position (dear God, I hope not, eh?); nor can it have been because of the company's ability to produce gold with a margin of profit (dear God, I hope not, eh?).
So what attracted you? Sprott's loan? He's still waiting to get paid his eight-months-late first payment. The new additions to the BOD? They weren't here when you first bought your paper.
You're a member of both BigBago's BGM believers and his BGM Protest group, which leads me to believe that you bought in based on the now-rubbished Peter George, June 28, 2012, now-retracted flight of fancy, likely at north of $1.20.
While I can see your need for eternal optimism, there's been nothing in your almost-three-year holding that should lead you to believe that history won't repeat itself and that this company, especially inasmuch as it's now seemingly committed to going underground, untested and despite the failures of the three previous three Barkerville underground miners which couldn't make a go of it, you figure that fourth time is first time lucky?
Did I really need to say the above? Surely you were already aware of all of it, hmmm?
