RE:Bb needs

Back in the day when BlackBerry was the phone to have (crackberry days) everyone I would communicate with was done via BBM, my point is its a simple way to text so I don't see why we would need to educate people on how to use it, people know how, even my iPhone friends have downloaded BBM (told them that's only way to contact me I don't use text) and they have no problems on how to use it.
