RE:name changes also confusing

Crafty news release.Claims new company has 21 million working capital(spinco).In reality they have almost no cash but count the Pershing investment as working capital.The new company gets all the cash left 27 million for minority ionterest in drug company.There you have it once what was a cashbox is now gone.......Truly I dont see this with rosey glasses.....Spinco will have few options but hope for cpommodity to go higher maybe a pp once done.Cheers for those that got out on the move higher..
