Thank you for the information. I'm looking for a good stable residential REIT, InterRent is definately my favorite right now and I'm waiting for an entry point for a long term hold in my TFSA account. Knowing the stable income IIP distributes and the probable growth it will have, it is indeed very attractive to join the DRIP with discount they offer.
