So you are saying that at .15 a share or 50% premium then that would be considered fair. Sure sounds like a hose job to me. Just curious what is this S corp you speak of. If you hold on to your stock and the life of mine is 10 years at a100000 shares you would get $6-7000 per year over the 10 years. Never heard of this before. Do you have a position in ORA??
