Valuation of current Levon shares
Valuation of current Levon shares OK, this would be my calculation. Feedback is welcome.
Current Levon Shareholders would get 231 M Shares in the new SciVac (Biotech).
We will then hold 31.6% of the new SciVac (Biotech).
"The CEO expects the company to seek a public share offering - possibly on Nasdaq - after breaking even, at which point it could be valued at between $600 million and $1 billion."

If the reuters valuation would be correct, these shares would represent a value of 190...316 M or $.82...$1.37.
As each current Levon Shareholder would receive one share of the new SciVac (Biotech) it represents an addition of $.82...$1.37 per current Levon share.
As the number of shares in Levon will be cut in half, the value of the new Levon (Resources) share will stay the same if we deduct the remaining value by 50% because of the lower working capital.
This would mean a current Levon share is worth $1.02...$1.57 if we use the above range plus as range for the old Levon share value of $.20...$.50, which is already extremely discounted.
I think this explains the big excitement of Ron Tremblay in the last video and in the RNS.
What they didn't get right was the RNS. I hope it wasn't on purpose to get cheap shares ;)
If the above is correct insiders will soon start buying more current Levon shares...
So if we want to be on the save sight we could wait for this to happen or we buy already now...
The big problem is, most guys in the resource sector have no idea how to validate a value of a Biotech...
