RE:Conversion Rate for the Clairvest Secured Debenture
All they have to do is a re-issue at 12% followed by a rights offering for the final 22% of the float and then repay the accrued interest with the proceeds of the rights offering. Where have I seen that before? Oh yeah-it's all secured debt too. Has anybody noticed that Clairvest is trading at a 52 week high? I invested in the wrong entity.
