Focus Graphite Inc. is a Canada-based advanced exploration company, which is focused on developing high grade flake graphite deposits to supply battery grade graphite. The Company's projects include Lac Knife and Lac Tetepisca. Its flagship Lac Knife Project is a 100% owned, high-grade crystalline flake graphite deposit located in northeastern Quebec, about 27 kilometers (kms) south of Fermont. The Lac Knife project is comprised of the Lac Knife property plus an isolated block of 12 CDC claims located 11 kms to the north of the Lac Knife property on NTS sheet 23B-11 (Montagne-aux-Bouleaux property). It comprises two contiguous properties, Lac Tetepisca and Lac Tetepisca Nord. Together, the two properties form a block of approximately 126 map-designated claims (total area: 6,785.14 ha).

RE:RE:RE:RE:retired the first time...fluff90Jim90 if they can't get financing you realize what you just wrote mean nothing to a shareholder. Hopefully Mr York put up those shares for collateral and we hear something soon regarding funding if not we are in a free fall into the 20's this is not bashing but reality. This management needs to get something substantial done in a hurry if not someone needs to pay dearly for the tremendous cash burn we've seen over the years with no investor benefit. IMO it's usually the guy at the top who drained the till that pays with his job. The market is talking loud and clear jim90 and they are not impressed.

Regarding this coming Annual meeting May 3rd if they make some major announcement and I feel confidant the mine will be built driving 7 hours is worth it but going into the meeting status quo I quarantee they will not want to see me.
