mercury do you honestly believe that Xie is going to give up this company to the German group--I have said this and will maintain this proof or no proof he is the force that did all this damage, he wanted this company and knew and still knows what he has in the ip and now that it is left at next to nothing he will become even more rich off this--like I said extremely well orchestrated--at nearly 10 million shares of 71 million o/s he holds too much of a position and will not give it up--he simply won in regards to what he wanted all along! Like I said, I don't trust billionaires and there is absolutely no way the German group gains control over this--it's too valuable to let go for anyone unless you see what happened to those who actually deserve to have it in their hands andreas and his family--but they were naïve as were we all--there will be absolutely nothing left for us here perhaps prior to any new re-issuance if this trades I would take what you have left out if you have lots of shares unless you simply accept and feel that now the risk to reward is better going down swinging and pray that there will not be any re-issuance--if Xie takes control he will likely take it private. glta
