Uncertainty in future governance
Interesting article to consider - from the perspective of Petronas, an element of uncertainty is future governance in BC, there's a good example of the NDP killing a project and having to pay out as a result:

Can anyone comment on how the NDP and Conservative parties have approached the LNG proposals?  I'm assuming Petronas has put a lot of thought into the political environment they're (possibly) entering shortly, and I also assume they're looking at what the environment could be after the next election.  I doubt the plants will be finished before an election takes place...

Price of NG/oil aside, along with taxes which seem to be set...what else might weigh on a decision later this year?
