How many more people are needed to get in on Integra?
I think with todays market expectations that exploration companies carry projects through to production stages you have to add the extra level to the management team. The way I look at it is that any exploration company that can make progress and survive todays market must have validity. However, being a successful exploration complany does not neccessarily mean you have the capability, in the financial market, to move a project to the next level. The most successful company builders in the gold mining industry are not geologists or mining engineers they are "financial engineers" and these are the people who have the relationships and understand the capital markets. these are the people who know how to connect the mining projects with the financial teams who can then as a group move projects on to the next stage. For Integra this means giving out more shares and options but at least now when you look at the board of director's you have to admit this is a list of successful resumes that deserves respect.
To move Integra into the next stage and fill in the missing pieces you now have a fund manager working with an experienced finance executive to deal with financing. And to deal with narrow veins and a short life of mine you have Jacques Simoneau with the connection to Placer Domes exploration history at Sigma II. Add this potential increase and any new successful targets with a now complete management team and we have a ball game!
