Place for cheap paper is the OTCBB (last trade was at 0.001 (U.S.).

Look for increased OTCBB volume leading up to the 24th, as 0.001 cent to three cents is a heck of a profit.

If no pretrade volume on the OTC, then it'll likely just be a TSX.V one- or two-week wonder.
