  Cash on hand $774

  Consulting fees of $303K

  Office,rent and misc $172K

  Shareholders communication and promotion $103K

   All of the above page 48 of report March of this year

  Fully diluted at 92.6 million shares


  They did close a PP in Sept of last year but one has to wonder how much England sucked out of this one last year(England communictions is a seperate entity that could suck more monies out of his co,s he runs without it showing up as salary,but hey I could be wrong)
