That could be disposed of in one of two ways: First, by just selling the IP. Second, by having someone take over Q under new management and control with new financing.
With the second option the s/p will be greatly diluted when the new management comes in with financing, but it would leave some value for existing shareholders if new management can get production going.
If the first option of just selling the IP happens, Q doesn't have the leverage of getting much of a price unless more than one party is offering to buy the IP. If the sale price of the IP is 5 million, given there are 74M shares plus some other debt, existing shareholders could get $.06 per share. However, I have no idea how much the IP will bring--$1m? $5m? $20m --this is why I say the only hope is if multiple parties are interested in buying the IP.
