RE:The reason I am staying away and sold my position.

RE:The reason I am staying away and sold my position. To each their own.  But some of your logic would appear to be way off.  For starters PE is on record as saying he is in favour of the idea of Mountain Province reacquiring KDI after the maiden 43-101 is published.  If not, and they choose to go alone, he is building a 5 year plan to get Kelvin in production.  It took Dia Met/BHP 7 years from first discovery to production.  IMO Debeers sandbagged Gahcho Kue with hopes of scooping it up on the cheap.  So to use it's prolonged development as a model for any other economic discovery is not prudent.

Secondly, the water issues at Snap Lake were a known problem well before mining began.  That's going to be a problem chasing a 2m thick sill under a giant lake.  Here is a paper on the matter from 2003.  I suspect Debeers gets the permits they are seeking but this is not a problem that has plagued any of the other developments up there, namely Ekati and Diavik.
