I think you also need to consider that the Bourassa's have something like 60% of the shares outstanding and are locked from trading right now due to earnings blackout.  You are then looking at over 1% of the active float trading, which is substantial.  Could be a sell on fact here but doesn't change that this is a pretty good little company that is getting less little all the time.
