Private Placement

It was announced yesterday, that SMI completed a private placement in the amount of $810,000 ---proceeds to cover all drilling, casing and hopefully completion costs on the Bannock Creek well. It would sure be nice to know if we own 50% or 100% of this well. JRI seems to be non existent ???? does anybody know?
