RE:RE:RE:Even this little dog stock is gamed- disappointing to watch

enuffsenuff,
Mr King injected a large amount of money on the last raise: $350K of his own dough and $1M from his family group.

How much did you put in?

The capital raise was completed in December and since then the ZDS contract has been eliminated and the Valuation Vision acquisition has been paid for. The final step will be the BAR report (Business Aquisition Report). That will take a little while  - but is nothing that is out of the ordinary.

My opinion is that it would be foolish and short-sighted to dispense with the CEO.

If you have something worthwhile to say - then say it. But whining and wingeing while things are actually progressing forward - with a CEO that has literally put his money where his mouth is - is a waste of time and effort.

I, for one, am happy with what has been accomplished by this management team with the limited resources that they have had.

And in fact the primary cause for the delay WAS the lack of funding from the capital markets.

Now that the money is in place - the company is progressing very, very well.

If you are unhappy, you are always welcome to sell your shares. The last I looked the market volume has been great. It shouldn't be too difficult to get off your position. Though I would suggest you do not as I believe you will be selling your share far too cheaply at these levels.

I believe that the firm is doing better all the time and is executing, now that they have the dough. This is a great company with tremendous market opportunity with a very unique product in the market place.

It still has some upgrading to do - it needs a few new board members and a new CFO. But Mr King is doing a great job - in my opinion.

Best regards,

Trelawny
