Next step will be a delisting - everyone got walking papers and QSolar got announced being "in default of CSE requirements" - I wouldn't count on any comeback. Also the heavy buying by CIBC and in Germany could simply be based of the analysis done by Frist Berlin. First Berlin already withdrawed their rating and target price.
