RE:Salman Partners: Buy rating and $4.00 target for UrtheCast
I couldn't agree more with all of these analyst reports. I actually think there is much more upside. Their assumption of 5%-7% market share capture is extremely conservative IMO. If their social networking platform takes off and they get enough exposure through the pepsi deal along with other commercial partnerships, their market share will be 2 to 3 times what these forecasts are assuming. If they show traction early on they will also get the facebooks, googles, yahoos, etc... knocking on their door. I agree with the 12 month target of $4, but 24 to 36 months out this could be much, much higher. The most impressive thing they have done is surround themselves with an abundance of knowledge and experience. I'm impressed that the management team has recognized they can not do this right on their own. Not because they lack the skill, but because they know they have a game changing product/service in its infancy. Good luck to all those who stay on for the ride. BTW, whoever picked up more shares at $1.75 on Monday - awesome job! I'll be buying more on dips like that.
