What are the insiders doing?

I have been checking some sites to try to find out what the insiders are doing. (In a lot of cases with exploration companies, CFO's, CEO's, Directors often hold a lot of options, but relatively few shares. When insiders hold a lot of common shares, I read that as a sign of confidence. If not, then it is a bit of a red flag for me.) I don't know how current the information is, but it seems that the insiders at NOT are holding a lot of options, but few common shares. Is there better or more current information around? Am I reading something wrong?
