Just watched it myself. This is a great story only getting better. They talked about the dividend and CEO said how confident he is, in it's stability.

Again to all newbies, Not all yield is created equal.

When a payout ratio is 56% or 49% it doesn't matter how high the yield is, it will still be sustainable, and thats what we have here.

The best part about the new aquisition is that it takes us into the 'commercial' customer bases, the large texas market is wide open. I suspect there will be less attrition with comercial businesses as oppossed to residentials.

Re: Solar -- We have just enough exposure to reap the benefits if solar really takes off, But not enough solar exposure to cripple us if solar stinks out.

Shares really rallying now. Love it!
