Obviously you don't understand the capital markets. The company engages people to raise the money - I acutally helped get new potential investors up to speed on investing in the company. They don't raise money - they deploy the money once raised.

There is no coattailling.

As for those new board members - they are a joke and need to be put out to pasture as soon as possible.

This company needs real board members that actually add industry expertise, insight and guidance. They provide none of that. They are litterally a blight on the baord and the firm.

What the firm needs is deeply knowledgeable and respectable board members.

I can assure you that the board and the management are being held accountable by a multitude of parties.

But looking at human nature the greatest tool for keeping people aligned is skin in the game. And Mr King now has a lot of that in the game. That is the best method for aligning interests of shareholders and management.
