perspective on PLI moving down

perspective on PLI moving down
About 4 days ago quite a few analysts were predicting Biotech stocks had outperformed big time this year but they were due for a selloff. As I recall, the same thing happened last year around this time. As well, the "sell in May and go away" crowd  (who usually arrive in April) are most likely in the mix.  This up/down/up is all part of the cycle of stocks in general and can be healthy if the Company is solid.  We do need some news and I mean $ news from Prometic before we can look to another upturn. I have no doubt there will be some market moving news around the time of year end earnings reporting but will it be strong enough?
