How do you determine the latest pour ??  I see the pictures(4) and the bars are different sizes and the number of bars in each picture seems to vary widely.
Also why, if operations doing so well,  are there the seemingly low ball guidance estimates for 2015?

I appreciate how closely you follow LSG's activities  and I always welcome your comments.
