When WTI spikes up above $52.50...LRE will retrace its losses to a dollar and beyond. The company's finance and investment strategy is premised on WTI averaging $52.50 in 2015. Fortunately for shareholders that number is exceedingly conservative and sets the stage for LRE to easily surpass expectations (surprise to the upside).
