This was well before the 43-101. If was after this - which was the beginning of you negative build-up against Zen - , that you were called to answer for this stupid statement. It hurt because until that point you had been seen by many to be Mr. Zen - and now you were duping shares and dissing the stock. Do you even bother to check back on your own posts? This is about the tenth variation you have come up with to try to wriggle out of what you did. So I really cannot wait for the amazing 14 to collect all their so called evidence. I have accumulated now, 18 instances where I stated would sell some at $4.40-$4.43 and above, when we got there and take money off the table. Unfortunately for you it was all before your time on TCC. But not before the other 13 who are playing dumb. You have an excuse, all of it was said before you joined, therest of them have no excuse.
Plus, I have statement after statement that I was also selling and flipping 50k shares as traders. I just wish you guys would pool your money and get on with it. I can't wait for to file my counter suit for slander, defamnation, interference with my business etc. Thats not a threat, I am really really ready with a countersuit, its making me anxious lol

The BB vote was in reaction to the outage that this caused and a comment on his actions.
